Because this class is focusing primarily on new technologies, you will find the resources listed in the Engineering Management subject guide particularly relevant and useful. Use the Engineering Management guide to find journal articles, subject headings, important journals, call number ranges, and web resources. The sources listed below are intended to supplement that guide with additional reference materials and web sites relevant to operations and quality management.

The nature of your research for this project is interdisciplinary, so you may find yourself using materials from several collections in the library. The business collection is housed in the basement of the library and you will find a librarian or library staff at the reference desk to assist you. The science and technology collection is on the 5th floor, and a reference desk is staffed at that location as well.
