An official view of the United States through statistics. This site includes information from the census on people, housing, poverty, business and geography.

Center for Violence Prevention and Control, University of Minnesota, School of Public Health.

The Center for Violence Prevention and Control (CVPC) is an academic research center dedicated to the development and facilitation of interdisciplinary collaboration in research and graduate education efforts that can ultimately affect the prevention and control of violence. Their site provides information about their research efforts, researchers, publications, and additional web resources.
